Aisling Tighe Aisling obtained a BSc in biochemistry in 1992 then completed an MSc whilst running her family's oyster farm in Cork.  She joined Perriam and Everett in 1996 and is now Managing Director.  Aisling recruits Client Partners, Consultants, Associates and Researchers into Tier one, International and Boutique search firms. 	Amy Howerska Amy Graduated from Oxford in 2006 with an honours degree in English Language and Literature. After a year working in the music industry Amy joined Perriam and Everett to concentrate on placing recent graduates as Associates and Researchers into top tier Executive search firms and niche boutique search and selection businesses.  Outlook Contact Card
	Charlotte Virag Charlotte has an honours degree in criminology from the University of Leeds.  She joined us in the summer of 2006 and recruits entry level, second and third  job recruiters and Managers into professional services recruitment businesses.  She has a great cross-section of accountancy, financial services, marketing, legal and HR recruitment clients.  And, rec to rec vacancies in London, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore, Paris and Munich! 	Jennifer Spicer Jenny joined Perriam and Everett in the summer of 2007 as Office Manager having worked previously for the BNB group. Jenny is the first line of contact for the business and she assists the consultants with the day to day organising and running of the office, providing everything from website support to organising interviews and corporate events. 	Zena Everett FREC FRSA An ex-Wren, Zena started Perriam and Everett in 1992. She is a regular conference speaker and media contributor on recruitment, retention and talent management issues. (Sky Business, Business Breakfast on Radio 4's Today Programme, Radio 5, trade and broadsheet press) and Executive Grapevine has described her as "the doyenne of Recruitment to Recruitment."  Zena is responsible for the marketing and brand reputation of the business now.  She also coaches directors of recruitment companies, conducts exit interviews and client satisfaction audits for some of our clients and holds some Non Executive directorships.  Outlook Contact Card
