MARKETING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
£35,000 - £45,000 depending upon experience plus relocation, BUPA health, 6% pension (paid in cash) plus bonus
Our client is a global marketing recruitment company, and is currently looking for a professional and bright recruitment consultant to help grow the brand name throughout the Middle East and position the company as the number one marketing recruitment firm in this region.
The group have been operating in the Middle East for nearly ten years and thus a part of your role will be to leverage off existing company relationships and build a long standing and loyal customer base.
Placing marketing professionals into a variety of sectors (focusing on all salary levels), you will need to build up relationships with Marketing Heads and Directors, HR Heads and Directors, any other relevant decision makers
To leverage of existing company relationships and build a long standing and loyal customer base.
To assist in raising the profile of Carter Murray across existing and new clients
To assist in the generation and management of marketing candidates
To work closely with the rest of the team and uphold excellent company ethics.
To play a part in helping the CM Dubai office become number 1 in the middle East marketing recruitment arena
Placing marketing professionals into 2 potentially 3 sectors, focusing on all salary levels)
Developing new and existing client relationships predominantly by telephone and meeting clients face to face – Marketing Heads and Directors, HR Heads and Directors, any other relevant decision makers
Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
Cross selling services of team members and other areas of CM
You will be a graduate with a successful track record in recruitment or a business development orientated role.
You must have stable career history & some of your positive traits should include loyalty & honesty
Ability to demonstrate high levels of candidate and client care and a real desire to deliver quality and the best possible service
Experience of recruiting into blue chip organisations
Negotiating with senior level contacts on fees and PSLs
Experience of marketing recruitment
You will have good attention to detail, a sense of urgency and self motivation, enjoy selling and have a strong commercial understanding
Enjoys selling and negotiating
Takes responsibility for hitting targets
Has a broad commercial understanding
Credible at senior level
Professional – must be confident dealing with senior level clients and candidates
Strong desire to deliver quality and the best possible service
