Basic salaries flexible - circa €35,000 plus benefits and bonus

Our client is entering a new phase and for their strategic business growth they are looking for a recruitment researcher with unparalleled skills. As part of their top-class European Recruiting team, based in Barcelona, Spain, you will be responsible for the success of their senior level recruitment efforts by building relationships with senior executives in the ecommerce market and by developing their sourcing approach whilst taking care of the execution. You will use any mean at your disposal and no door stays closed for you. Through your innovative and persistent approach you'll gain access to unique talents in the e-commerce market across Europe. This requires a strong business understanding of the drivers of e-commerce and the ability to sell the unique value proposition of the client and the location of their European Marketing HQ in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop executive sourcing strategies for short and long-term hiring goals
• Execute sourcing strategies for open positions as well as building a talent pool for future openings.
• You will build a structured way of managing the leads that you generate
• Build complete profiles on potential candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of innovative research/sourcing in an executive search firm in a public e-commerce, high-tech or other cutting edge environment.
• Direct sourcing experience and head hunting across Europe is a must.
• Exposure to recruiting management systems / recruiting reporting tools is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English is a must
• German or French or Dutch is a strong plus
