Barcelona, Spain
Basic Salary to €70,000 plus benefits
Our client is entering a new phase and for their strategic business growth they are looking for an Executive Recruiter which unparalled skills. As part of their top-class European Recruiting team, based in Barcelona, Spain, you will be responsible for the success of their senior level recruitment efforts by building strong relationships with senior executives in the ecommerce market and by managing the expectations of the managers. This requires a strong business understanding of the drivers of e-commerce and the ability to sell the unique value proposition of the client and the location of their European Marketing HQ in Barcelona, Spain. You will have access to researchers who will source and make the first contact with suitable candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop executive recruiting strategies for short and long-term hiring goals
- Oversee the marketing and sourcing of positions for ongoing senior level candidate generation
- Build relationships with thoughtleaders and senior level executives in ecommerce across Europe.
- Partner effectively with Management, in order to develop the best strategies to drive an exceptional approach to recruiting top talent in a highly competitive market
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required;
7-8 years of innovative recruiting experience in an executive search firm in a public e-commerce, high-tech or other cutting edge company/environment where you were a key business partner
- Direct sourcing experience and head hunting across Europe is a must.
- Exposure to recruiting management systems / recruiting reporting tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English is a must
- German or French or Dutch is a strong plus

Basic to €65,000k, OTE €100,000k plus

Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Passion for recruitment
Proven track record of successful professional recruitment
Solid experience of managing a team of recruitment consultants
Excellent communication & organisation skills
Great relationship builder and networker: confident business development style
